Drawing from her training in classical Pilates, Lia Bartha created B the Method to be a complete and comprehensive full-body workout that relies on your own body weight and the use of a small stability ball. Focusing on the inner core, the method is as strengthening and challenging as it is therapeutic and meditative. What started as a pre-pandemic underground, in-the-know class in NY, has now expanded online after months of livestreaming on Instagram to a diverse, global community.
