Designed by famed British filmmaker Guy Ritchie, experience the bold flavors of WildKitchen. Set in a high alpine field overlooking the dramatic landscape of the Wasatch Mountain Range, this elegant outpost kitchen is the second of Ritchie's exclusive dining experiences and is featured in his Netflix hit series The Gentlemen. Chefs and guests will interact through cuisine touched by smoke and flame, with a menu that will include locally sourced proteins like native Utah trout and seared elk loin and organic produce grown lovingly onsite at our very own Gracie's Farm. Gather at this intimate community table to share stories about the day's adventures while enjoying al fresco dining at its finest.

About Chef Sterling

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Executive Chef Hillary Sterling first felt the pull of the industry as a teenager bussing tables during summers in Montauk, New York. She’s since worked alongside renowned chefs Bobby Flay and Missy Robbins, and has built her career in celebrated New York restaurants such as Mesa Grill, Lupa, A Voce and Vic’s. Today, Chef Hillary helms the kitchen at Ci Siamo, where she’s created an ambitious restaurant centered around live fire cooking and the understated excellence of seasonal ingredients. The culmination of her diverse culinary training and extensive travels, Ci Siamo is Hillary’s most personal project to date and celebrates the power of simplicity.
